Feedback from Polls

My Poll: Which Film Name Do You Prefer?

The results from my poll show that Apprehension is the most popular out of the film names my group came up with. Each film name had relevance too our plot in different ways. However we decided that we would pick the top 3 on my poll and vote within our group which one we preferred. The other 2 options were Poisoned Mind and Reverie. The majority of our group voted for Reverie so, therefore it will be the name of the film trailer we are creating.

Leyla's Poll: What attracts you the most during a film trailer?

The results from Leyla’s poll clearly show that the music/sound effects attract our target audience the most. So therefore we must take into account when editing, that both the transitions and shot lengths anchor what’s happening in the trailer so that our final trailer appeals to our audience.

Shanyse's Poll: What type of promotional poster layout catches your attention more?

The results from Shanyse’s poll indicate that the majority of people prefer to have the main character on a thriller movie poster with action scenes behind it. I think this an ideal result as most of the thriller posters I have looked at use this technique as well. So therefore our final promotional poster will be conventional and appeal to our audience.

Hollie's Poll: Which Slogan do you prefer?

The feedback from Hollies’ poll clearly shows that both “A fight for true love” and “An Epic Love Tale” is the most liked by our target audience. However my group decided that they would sound better together. So therefore our slogan for our film will be “An Epic Love Tale about a Girls Fight for True Love”.
